Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 60 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
